Using one of Photoshop Elements' built-in projects, make a single-fold greeting card. By default, the Greeting Card project makes a postcard, but we will modify the project to make a folded card that is blank inside.
Follow these steps to create a greeting card.
Step 1: Start a Greeting Card project and specify card options.
Step 2: Add a background.
Step 3: Add a graphic.
Step 4: Add text.
Step 5: Make edits.
Step 6: Resize the canvas.
Step 7: Print the card.
Before you start the greeting card project, open any photos that you want to include in your card in Photoshop Elements. In this example, we used one photo, but you can use multiple photos and select a layout that fits your photo count.
Click More Options, then click Greeting Card.

Click Done. Photoshop Elements includes your photos and generates a card.

Resize and reposition the photo in the frame as desired:
